Headquartered in Pomona, California (formerly Covina) and founded in 2018, Sigma Integrale engineers and manufactures turnkey electromechanical haptic motion systems and full-vehicle simulators in the USA. Its CNC-machined billet-aluminum DK actuator lineup—spanning the 2-inch-stroke DK2 (500 lb payload) and DK2+ (800 lb payload), the 6-inch-stroke DK6+ (800 lb payload), High-Payload OEM systems (1,200 lb), and the 5,000 lb Sigma X platform—pairs American-made ClearPath integrated 75V DC servo motors with a real-time 32-bit ARM Synapse Motion Controller and proprietary Motion Integrity™ telemetry algorithms. Beyond motion kits and SimHub-compatible Sigma Aire wind simulators, Sigma builds commercial Zeta turnkey cockpits and full-motion real-vehicle simulators converted from genuine Tatuus F4, Radical SR3, and Sierra off-road chassis.
