About Mercedes-AMG Petronas Esports
Established in 2018 at the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team headquarters in Brackley, United Kingdom, the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Esports Team operates out of a purpose-built factory simulator training facility equipped with Sim-Lab and Heusinkveld hardware. The Silver Arrows captured two F1 Esports Constructors' and Drivers' World Championships—first in 2018 with Brendon Leigh and again in 2021 with Jarno Opmeer—alongside overall titles in Formula Pro Season 1, V10 R-League Season 3, and the Le Mans Virtual Series 6 Hours of Spa. Featuring drivers including Dani Bereznay, István Puki, Jake Benham, and Bono Huis, the team competes across the F1 Sim Racing World Championship, ESL R1 on Rennsport, and major endurance events on iRacing and rFactor 2.
