Chronos Racing

Located 100 meters from the Korenmarkt in the heart of Ghent, Belgium, Chronos Racing is a commercial virtual reality sim racing center and sports bar housing 15 networked full-motion cockpits across 116 tracks and 211 cars. Engineered in-house by Chronos Designs, each custom-bodied rig pairs a 3DOF motion platform (heave, roll, and pitch) and a Sparco bucket seat with a Direct Drive servo wheelbase, a 27 cm carbon-fiber and Alcantara formula rim, 90 kg load-cell pedals, and an HP Reverb VR headset (2160x2160 per eye at 90 Hz) alongside a dedicated monitor for non-VR driving. The venue offers public and group sessions—including Time Attack, Grand Prix, Class Experience, and 3-hour driver-swap Endurance formats—while hosting corporate teambuilding events, the monthly 'Race van de Maand' hotlap and GP series, and official RACB Beker van België (Intersimcup) championship rounds.
