Chasing the Delta - Sim Racing Academy

Chasing the Delta (CTD) is an invite-only global sim racing academy and driver development program built by amateur motorsport enthusiasts on the sim and in real life. Connecting drivers and coaches across Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Africa, and beyond, CTD pairs structured telemetry coaching with a supportive, high-feedback community to boost driver proficiency.

Led by an international coaching staff with backgrounds spanning SRO, F1, and NASCAR, the academy has already graduated 13 drivers to a 2k+ skill benchmark with many more on the cusp. Beyond individualized mentoring, CTD runs targeted developmental leagues—including an active MX-5 league and an upcoming GT4 endurance league—sparking real-life motorsport dreams for its members.

As an invite-only academy, driver recruitment occurs periodically via announcements in Sim Racing Nation and the sim racing community, after which accepted drivers receive access to their private coaching Discord.
