Base Performance Simulators

Founded in 2009 by three-time Le Mans class winner and Aston Martin factory driver Darren Turner, Base Performance Simulators (BPS) engineers turnkey racing simulators and bespoke 1:1 vehicle models from its headquarters in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Its simulator lineup spans the compact Blade and Blade Evo training rigs, the modular aluminum-chassis Evolve platform, the D-BOX-equipped Phoenix commercial venue simulator, and full-scale closed-roof GT and 6-DOF Single Seater driver-in-the-loop systems. Alongside manufacturing proprietary hardware such as the FW1-R and PW1 steering wheels and DDU-5T/KDU-1S displays, BPS operates an elite driver development and telemetry coaching facility with an onsite gym used by F4-to-F2, F1 Academy, and GT competitors.
